Built together with freight forwarder teams
First product · Meriq Quote Agent
An inquiry comes in; Meriq has the quote ready.
Turn inquiry emails into quote drafts your team can confirm on the spot — reply faster, stop missing charges, and handle more quotes without adding headcount.
01 · Quote Intake
Inquiries that file themselves — with the receipts.
Start by forwarding to your dedicated Meriq inbox: it reads email bodies, PDF, Excel, Word, and images. Within seconds the inquiry becomes a standard RFQ, missing data is flagged, and the ZH/EN follow-up questions are drafted. Click any field to see exactly which document and section it came from.
02 · Rate Converter
Excel rate sheets become quoting data you can search and use directly.
Meriq automatically organizes lanes, container types, charges, and validity — unifying different sources and versions, so your team stops digging through files.
03 · Quote Builder
Your quoting rules, turned into consistent output.
Meriq follows your existing margin, charge, FX, and pricing rules — assembling costs, calculating margin and validity, and producing consistent, reviewable quote drafts.
No TMS write-back, no auto-send — rates, pricing strategy, and exceptions are confirmed by your people.
What we believe
A forwarder's value was never in retyping data.
What actually moves every shipment forward is experience, coordination, and judgment — knowing where things break, who to call, and how to find the customer's next step.
Yet today, your most experienced people still spend their days reading emails, digging through Excel, checking documents, and typing the same data into different systems.
That should not be the future of forwarding work.
AI should do the preparation — organizing data, checking documents, readying quotes. People focus on customers, exceptions, and the decisions that need experience.
Meriq is building the AI workforce that makes this way of working real.
Early Partner Program
Define the next generation of forwarding work — with Meriq.
We're inviting a small number of small and mid-sized forwarders to become Meriq's early partners.
It starts with one real quoting flow: Meriq builds a dedicated AI workflow on your existing inquiries, rates, and quoting rules, and your team validates quoting speed, manual edits, and missed charges in practice.
The first cohort is limited to 3–5 teams, so every partner gets deep collaboration and direct support.

FAQ
Before we start, you might want to know
Does Meriq replace our existing systems?
No. Meriq handles the most manual stretch before data ever enters your TMS or existing systems — inquiry and quote preparation. To start, you only forward inquiry emails and share your existing rate sheets and quoting rules. No system change, no heavy integration.
Every forwarder quotes differently — can Meriq apply our rules?
We start from how you work today. A pilot focuses on one team, one transport mode, and one type of quote — capturing per-customer margins, minimum GP, local charges, FX, and W/M or volumetric-weight rules, then preparing drafts by that logic. Cases that need experienced judgment still go to your team.
Where do the rates Meriq uses come from?
From sources you approve: Excel rate sheets, carrier and overseas-agent quote emails, local-charge tables, and your past customer quotes. Every charge keeps its source, version, and validity. Expired, duplicated, or conflicting data is flagged for confirmation — never silently applied.
What if the AI misreads data or misses a charge?
Meriq produces drafts for human review — nothing goes to a customer unconfirmed. Extracted shipment data and charges link back to the original email, attachment, or rate sheet wherever possible; amounts, FX, margin, and pricing formulas run on explicit rules. Anything uncertain is listed as an exception for your people to decide.
What about incomplete inquiries or special cargo?
Meriq first flags what's still missing to complete the quote, and drafts the follow-up reply to the customer. DG, out-of-gauge, temperature-controlled, or strategy-heavy cases aren't dressed up as full automation — they're explicitly routed to Sales, Pricing, or OP.
How is our data handled?
Before a pilot starts we agree on data scope, access, and retention — you can begin with historical or de-identified cases. Each company's data is isolated; without consent, one company's inquiries, rates, or quoting rules are never used for another customer.
How does a pilot start, and how soon do we see results?
Typically we pick one well-defined quoting flow and validate it together over 2–4 weeks, using roughly 10–20 historical and live inquiries. We measure time from inquiry to first draft, how much gets edited, missed charges, and whether the team keeps using it — then decide whether to expand.
